All Star Canines LLC SMS Messaging Campaign
We might use SMS text messaging, from time to time, for certain types of communication with you, including requests for feedback, or for service-related issues, such as appointment reminders.
*You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
*As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

There may be terms in other agreements between you and us that also apply to our organization’s use of SMS text messaging, such as general terms related to privacy and data handling for our organization that are not specific to SMS text messaging. You agree that you have reviewed all agreements that we have provided you.
Payments, Deposits & Refund Policy
By purchasing services from Allstar Canines LLC, you acknowledge that time, scheduling availability, trainer resources, and program preparation are reserved specifically for your dog.
All payments, deposits, and program fees are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Allstar Canines LLC.
Refunds, credits, or transfers may be considered solely at the discretion of Allstar Canines LLC based on the circumstances of the request.
Missed sessions, early withdrawal from a training program, changes in owner availability, behavioral expectations, relocation, or personal scheduling conflicts do not automatically qualify for a refund.
