Meet Sarah,

Dog Trainer

A Lifetime of Care for Dogs

Hi, I’m Sarah, and my journey in the dog world started long before I ever imagined becoming part of All Star Canines. For more than 10 years, I have provided dog boarding and daycare out of my home. Caring for dogs has always come naturally to me—whether that meant supervising group play, managing routines, or giving dogs a safe, loving home while their families were away.

Over the years, I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and personalities. That experience taught me patience, structure, and how to meet each dog exactly where they are. These foundations became incredibly valuable when I joined Ralph in training and helping dogs become their best selves.

How I Met Ralph — A Shared Purpose

Ralph and I met in the most natural way: through dogs.

I lived across the street from a park where Ralph regularly trained his dogs. Almost every day, he would see me walking or caring for the dogs I boarded. We’d exchange a simple “Hi” or smile as we passed each other, but over time, those small moments started to feel familiar.

Eventually, Ralph asked me out. What began as two people who loved dogs turned into a partnership—on a personal level and in the work we do today.
Four years later, here we are, building All Star Canines together.

My Role at All Star Canines

At All Star Canines, I support every part of the training and care process. My goal is to ensure each dog feels safe, understood, and loved while staying with us.

What I Do

  • Dog boarding & daycare management

  • Handling scheduling and client communication

  • Assisting with training sessions

  • Daily walks, exercise, and enrichment

  • Baths, feeding, and care routines

  • Helping ensure every dog stays healthy, comfortable, and confident

I believe that dogs thrive in environments where structure meets compassion. Working alongside Ralph allows me to bring both worlds together—his training expertise and my years of care experience—to help dogs and their families live happier, more balanced lives.

Why I Love What I Do

For me, dogs are more than animals—they are emotional beings who give us loyalty, comfort, and joy every single day. Supporting their growth and watching them transform is not just a job; it’s a blessing.

I’m grateful to be part of All Star Canines, where our shared mission is simple:

Give every dog the chance to feel safe, understood, and truly at home.
